PAYMENT SECURITY

You can pay for your purchases securely and easily online. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partners PayPal. You do not have to have an account with the merchants to do this.

OUR GUARANTEE

Our aim is to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or correct any errors in connection with an order. If the goods are faulty, we shall refund the cost of the goods plus the return and outward postage costs, as per the Sale of Goods Act, within 28 days of receipt.

Non-faulty purchases (excluding bespoke items) may be returned within 7 days from the day they are received if the safety seals are still intact. Please let us know before you return any goods by using the contact form on the website or by sending an email to:

Providing non-faulty goods are unopened and unused, we will by happy to refund their full cost, excluding outward and return postage costs. You are responsible for any loss or damage the return post may incur, so it is recommended that you use a signed-for service. Please return to: Freyaluna, 12 Tudor Street, Coedpoeth, Wrexham, LL11 3RP. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

For business users, the return of goods is entirely at our discretion.

We are pleased to be able to offer our products in low volumes. Please ensure that you purchase our products in low quantites first before trialling them to see that they are fit for your intended purpose. Alternatively, on certain items, you can ask us to supply you with samples.

DELIVERY

To avoid extra vehicles being put on our roads, we send your order via Royal Mail. For larger orders, we will send your order by courier.

We aim to process and fulfill your order, and for it to leave our warehouse, within two days of having received it. Obviously, at busier times, this can not always be possible.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Postage costs are calculated by the weight of your order. UK postal charges are as follows…

up to 500g = £3.95
500g – 1kg = £6.95
1kg – 2kg = £9.95
2kg – 5kg = £15.00

International delivery starts from as little as £4.95 to Europe and £5.95 worldwide.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email () within 48 hours of receipt and return the product to the following address: Freyaluna, 12 Tudor Street, Coedpoeth, Wrexham, LL11 3RP.

In the case of a delay of delivery, please wait for 15 working days from the date of your dispatch email (25 working days for European orders). We cannot be held responsible for a delay in transit, and your order won’t be replaced until after the 15 working days, when Royal Mail considers the parcel lost. If your order is urgent, please add a note to this end when at checkout, we will then do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.

AVAILABILITY

We endeavour to only display products on this website which are in stock. However, all products and services are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item.
